HARP’s Water Distribution Sampling 101 Workshop has been re-evaluated and is now accredited for 0.6 CEUs. This hands-on workshop is designed to improve consistency and accuracy in distribution system sampling, helping operators strengthen their field practices and regulatory readiness. Whether you're new to utility operation or looking to reinforce best practices, this training provides practical skills you can apply immediately in the field.

HARP Developing Public Works Supervisor Course
Public Works Supervisor (PWS) Training - Launching Fall 2026.
HARP, in partnership with the three prairie chapters of the Canadian Public Works Association (CPWA), is developing a new Public Works Supervisor (PWS) Training Program built specifically for municipal public works professionals. This progressive three-level program (PWS I, II, and III) will deliver practical, in-person training focused on leadership, municipal operations, safety, and regulatory awareness. Designed to cover the aspects of supervisory roles, the program emphasizes real-world learning that can be applied immediately on the job, resulting in stronger management, better-supported teams, and more resilient municipal operations.
