HARP is the creation of our GM, who has been in Public Works and operations for nearly three decades. Andrew is a former President of the Canadian Public Works Association, and also the Saskatchewan Chapter. Professionally, he has addressed Parliamentary Committees, sat on national boards and selection committees, and traveled across North America to be able to learn, present, and advocate about Public Works and operations.

Andrew is an experienced and certified water and wastewater operator, course trainer, Powered Mobile Equipment evaluator, Project Manager, asset evaluator, and former safety coordinator.
